Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During festive seasons, sales, or high-order periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver all across India (or mention other countries if applicable).

Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
Express Delivery (if available): 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you make the payment.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on location, weather conditions, and courier delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and courier details.
You can track your shipment anytime through the courier’s official website or the link provided in your message.

4. Delays & Non-Delivery

We strive to deliver your order on time, but delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control (weather, lockdowns, courier delays, etc.).

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or proof of issue.
We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are correct while placing the order.
We’re not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
